Spotlessly clean and stunningly beautiful hotel with favourable and incredible location right in the centre, just what I needed. The staff was incredibly nice and polite and my stay was very nice, would stay there again.

It is a stunningly beautiful hotel and I enjoyed its immaculate rooms and welcoming personnel. The airport is 0.5 miles away, easy to reach. Very pleased overall, I would stay there again.

I recently stayed at Comercial Azores Boutique for a romantic getaway in Ponta Delgada. The rooms were constantly improving, even surprising us with extra electric sockets. The friendly hosts provided amazing restaurant tips, and the cleanliness of the house was impressive. The reconstruction of the rooms was well-done, making it one of the best accommodations. The room had everything we needed, from a comfortable bed to a life-saving air conditioner. The owner Luis was always available and went above and beyond to assist us, even after we checked out. The tower apartment offered breathtaking views of city landmarks, and the staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay.

I do recommend this hotel.

Stunningly beautiful accommodation, welcoming staff, favourable location very close to the center. Immaculate & wonderfully decorated rooms with a comfortable bed. Great amenities like climate control, TV and coffee/tea making equipment. Location next to yet quiet and the best Center area of ponta Delgada and a nice cafe called Cafe Central that do lovely chorizo and island cheese sandwiches, near the Church of Saint Sebastian.

The value for my money at this guest house was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable with a cute balcony. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city, and the staff were friendly and always helpful.

Breakfast items could have been more varied and inclusive of different dietary preferences.

As young holiday goers, we loved the convenient location in the heart of Ponta Delgada. The guest house was quiet and peaceful, and we felt at home in the spacious rooms. The staff was discreet but helpful, and we enjoyed the French TV channels and access to a small kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet, allowing us to sleep well with the windows open.

Stylish and clean guest house in a prime city center area. The staff was friendly and attentive, offering to wash towels and reserve a taxi. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, just a short walk from the old town and main square. The room was comfortable and well equipped for a family of four, with a double and twin beds. The high ceilings and air conditioning were a plus, as was the lovely outdoor terrace. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with towels.

Parking in the city center was a challenge due to narrow roads and one-way system. It would be advisable to find free parking nearby and walk to the hotel.
